At Grandpa Bosch’s Super Gloss, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance sealant. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed for thirty (30) days after your purchase. If you are not completely happy with the results of our Grandpa Bosh’s Super Gloss Sealant, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Please provide your order number or proof of purchase to help us locate your transaction quickly.
  • While we want you to try the product, we ask that returned bottles are not completely empty (unless the product was defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please do not ship the product back without first contacting us. Follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send a message to sales@superglosssealant.com.
  2. Include Details: Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will reply with specific instructions with the correct return shipping address.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged bottle or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • General Returns: For standard "satisfaction" returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise authorized by our support team.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if a physical return was required), we will process your refund immediately.

  • Credit: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. This is dependent on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Damaged or Leaking Items

We take great care in packaging our sealants, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives leaking or damaged:

  • Take a photo of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Email the photo to sales@superglosssealant.com immediately.
  • We will ship you a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
