1. Free Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.
2. Processing Times
Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may be processed on the following business day.
Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We utilize reliable carriers to ensure your Super Gloss products arrive safely.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days after processing depending on your location.
Location: Orders ship from our facility in Tempe, Arizona or Kalamazoo, MI.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a secondary email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping: Currently, we focus on serving our customers within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at the email below.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Grandpa Bosch’s Super Gloss is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
